Butterworth Center & Deere-Wiman House Student Art Show
Fine Arts Exhibit 2024
Each year, the Moline School District partners with the William Butterworth Foundation to produce an exhibition of student artwork that is displayed at the historic Butterworth Center. Each participant receives a fist of art supplies. The William Butterworth Foundation also donates a stipend to each elementary school for purchase of classroom art supplies.

Literary Arts Exhibit 2024
Teachers select written works from the Moline School District elementary students (grades K-5) to be displayed at the Butterworth Education Center during a reception for participating students and families. Each child whose work is entered receives a medal of participation and a free children’s book. Butterworth Center also awards each school’s library/media center a stipend. This exhibit is a partnership between the William Butterworth Foundation and the Moline School District.
