Quad City Arts High School Exhibit
In partnership with Quad City Arts (1715 Second Ave., Rock Island, IL 61201), Butterworth Center & Deere-Wiman House sponsor the annual High School Art Exhibit. The exhibit is held at Quad City Arts in Rock Island, and allows high school students to compete in a 2 and 3-dimensional art contest/exhibit. Additionally, the art teachers have an opportunity to also enter the teacher competition.
A formal reception is held each year where winners are announced.
This exhibit is made possible by our major sponsor Butterworth Center & Deere Wiman House. Sponsored the Rock Island Art Guild, and individual award sponsors. All Quad City Arts programs are funded in part by Festival of Trees, Quad City Arts Partners, and operating grants from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency, and the Iowa Arts Council, a division of the Department of Cultural Affairs.
